‘I had the pleasure of attending a two day workshop on Investigation Officer Training with Dorothy and her team. Despite being an experienced HR professional, I found the training to be very informative and concise, and I was able to take additional learning from it.  In addition, the delegates remained engaged throughout.   

What worked well was the structure of the workshop which commenced following a clear introduction and objectives explained. Thereafter, the delegates were led to the conclusion on how to carry out and work towards completing the investigation process. This was broken down into stages over the two day course, allowing the delegates to learn, digest and move on through each stage. The training was presented through discussion, supporting paperwork, breakout sessions and role play.
